Practice OSCE Days
In preparation for their practical exams where they must conduct clinical examinations, students receive a vital opportunity to complete a mock exam, observed by the students in the year above them. Multiple practice OSCE days are run throughout the year, with topics relevant to the students' upcoming exams.
Many students volunteer to be patients for other students before conducting the exam themselves, hence Practice OSCE day is a highly organised, structured event that requires planning and preparation. The session ends with a free barbeque for all students who volunteered to be either patients or assessors. The event is invaluable for students and also an excellent opportunity for sponsors to reach the majority of the cohort.
