This year's Convention Registration shall be released on a first come first serve basis.

There is no ballot system. Registration shall open at 11pm EDST on the 23rd of March. Check what this translates to in your neck of the woods. Full details on the registration process will follow shortly but here's the important facts:

It's very simple and quick You must register with your university email address, and you must be a medical student Payment is required on registration. Sell a kidney if you have to Registration is expected to sell out very quickly. You will have to be at a computer with your details by 11pm EDST on the 23rd. This means getting the night off work, finding a baby sitter, swapping your shift in emergency, making sure your internet isn't capped, keeping your credit card below its limit and so on * There are a limited number of non-accommodated registrations. Your chance of getting a spot is higher if you are accommodated on site

Please note that there are a limited number of non-accommodated full registrations.

For example, full registration with alcohol and accommodation will cost $840.

Accommodation is in a range of 4.5 star rooms at Wrest Point Hotel, on the site of the Convention Day Program. All delegates will be accommodated together. We are able to accommodate couples and other special requests upon availability

Day-long academic partial and social night partial tickets will be available for sale closer to the event. Please note that no partial tickets are available for the Gala Ball.
